The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets and objectives.
  5. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients, showcasing Prostrive BV’s capabilities and solutions.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  7. Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to the executive team.

Our Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and close deals.

  • Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage industry connections to generate leads.
